Cornish Bits and Pieces

If it is true that poetry should touch the heart, open the eyes, and make the reader see things in a new light, this collection fails miserably.

A poet friend told me that a true poem should demand to be written – again these verses do not qualify – in fact they may be pleading to be left in decent obscurity. However, I am a great admirer of my own work, so here they are, warts and all. I can only hope they raise a smile.
